My Bio

Give it a read...
Frank's professional experience is a reflection of his ambitions. His work ethic and desire to create functional design solutions guides each move he makes.
While studying Graphic Design at Mercyhurst College, Frank applied his budding knowledge to Tungsten Creative Group and the Tillman Group. Combining theory with practical application gave him an edge into making graphic design work hard for businesses such as the Erie Otters, Gannon University and the Presque Isle Foundation.
True to Frank's ambition, he began freelancing and collaborating with colleagues pushing digital products. Gaining key business experience, this venture exposed Frank to the world wide web as an important tool in achieving functional design solutions.
A move to Baltimore, MD brought Frank to a Senior Graphic Design position at Six Red Marbles. Here, his illustration experience developed into a key skill set. Creating design solutions for education clients in print and online, Frank worked with clients such as National Geographic School Publishers, Disney Education, McGraw-Hill Education and Sylvan Learning. While in Baltimore, Frank spent his spare time serving on the Board for the Associated Italian American Charities of Maryland. This organization is dedicated to charity and education, and thus was a meaningful way for Frank to give back.
A desire to be closer to family brought him to his hometown of Rochester, NY and to an Art Director position at Dixon Schwabl. Immediately hitting the ground running, Frank's versatility allowed him to balance many clients such as Hargray Communications, Roberts Wesleyan College, Pluta Cancer Center and Tobacco Free New York. Developing integrated campaigns, website solutions and television spots was all in typical day's work.
Now back to his roots, Frank is actively freelancing and looking for the next best opportunity. If you met Frank on the street, you'd probably overhear him saying: "I don't know if you know this, but I'm kind-of a big deal."

My Process

Creative Briefing
The briefing phase serves two parts. The initial part of this phase is to understand all objectives, timing and budget. The second part is to digest and research the gathered information.

Concept Design
Now the fun begins... Think, sketch and compose different design ideas. Once reviewed, share the ideas internally and externally. Refine. Repeat until perfect.

Artwork Creation
Prepare conceptual files for execution and integration. Review. Proof. And watch how the market is impacted.
